Scout’s Story

After taking our daughter, Scout, for her one year check-up and watching her get four vaccination shots, my wife and I decided to spend the afternoon driving to some parks that weren’t far in proximity from the hospital. After visiting the amazing Seabridge Park, near Huntington Beach, we made our way to Rush park. We arrived just as they were setting up the parking lot for the farmers market that takes place every Thursday (4-7 PM). With our daughter, Scout, now being 13 months old she was becoming more and more comfortable on the playground equipment and loved being thrown down the slides. The setting of Rush park, with all of its shaded trees and grassy areas is very relaxing and we greatly enjoyed our family afternoon here.
