Scout’s Story

Los Cerritos Park is a park that I stumbled upon by chance while messing around on google maps. And boy am I glad I did. I was surprisingly caught off guard by this park and at how beautiful and amazing it ended up being. After taking our 13 month old daughter, Scout, for her check up and to get four vaccine shots, we spent the rest of the afternoon at a few parks letting her play. Los Cerritos Park was amazing and was surely the best suited park for Scout’s abilities, in which we visited on this day.

Scouts favorite thing was the circle swing and just touching the animal figures that were carved into the play structures. We didn’t spend as much time here as I would have liked, due to it getting late, but this park left a lasting impression on us. Subsequently, my family and I can’t wait to return.
