For history buffs who live on the west coast but have always envisioned visiting Independence Hall in Philadelphia, here is your chance. Just outside of Knott’s Berry Farm is an exact replica of where the Declaration of Independence was signed.
It is the only exact replica of the historically significant Independence Hall in Philadelphia. The highlights include a replica of the liberty bell and replicas of the rooms where the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were debated.
Although this is just a replica, it manages to make visitors feel as though they have been transported to Philadelphia, where our founding fathers once sat and discussed independence from Britain.
Getting to Independence Hall at Knott’s Berry Farm
I typically try to add a parking destination but below is where the actual Independence Hall is located. Free parking can be a little tough to come by around here. I park at the 7 Eleven just down the street and purchase something. However, parking here for only visiting the Hall is illegal and there are plenty of signs stating that non patrons will be towed.
